truth be told, ive always liked the layout of japanese schools!! maybe thats the reason why i always look forward to any jap related activities, especially when the event is held in the jap schools!! this time around, it is SEIRANSEI!! it's like 校祭! in singapore government schools, it will always be celebrated by students gathering in the hall and enjoying performances brought by the cultural groups!!


but in japan, every class has a part to play!! each class will come out with a different theme/scope together. for example, 女仆餐厅 whereby guys crossdress as girls and start serving the customers in the cafe!! there is a gigolo club also!! but the guys participating are SO SO only!! =/


typical tennis court, but do you feel the JAPANESE AURA?? -.-


this swimming pool simply reminds me of the scene in KOIZORA!! =P


INDOOR BASKETBALL COURT!! and there is a 2nd level whereby supporters will be able to stand and view the whole match!! [reminds me of SLAM DUNK!! =P]


and their sickbay is like so freaking cool can!! there is a real doctor on duty, unlike singapore government schools whereby only beds are provided and there are no proper medical facilities!! =/

i think this is the first time i see so many japanese books in ONE AREA, other than KINOKUNIYA!! HAHAHA!! and i spot the history of JAPAN amongst the books!! JOMON, TOKUGAWA, MEIJI~~~!!! 0.o


and this is the typical area whereby they put their shoes!! [recalls those JAP DRAMAS!! 0.o] but somehow, this reminds me of our letter box now!! -.-""


this year's seiransei's theme!! RUN SO HIGH!! it's actually a PUN!! one meaning of "run" is orchid, thus implying that singapore will soar or something!! the second meaning is just what you read literally, everyone will soar and rise!! =]

one of the classrooms that we went in!! they were doing a play on HANA YORI DANGO!! it was like so freaking funny la!! the male lead is realy SHUAI!! reminds me of MASAYUKI SAKAMOTO of V6!! and the female lead which acted as TSUKUSHI was a MALE!! -.-"" and the one acting as HANAZAWA RUI really disappointed me!! HAISH!!


just look at the crowd!!! 0.o the long queue on the second floor belonged to the ghost hospital!!! =/




and yes, gillian and i queued for the ghost hospital!! and guess what!! we queued for 1.5h just to freak ourselves out!!! LOL!! but that was not the point!! HAHAHA!! we had the ghost to fan us!! because the queue at the back was really WARM!! =/

what i can say is that the whole ghost hospital was really very successful and the best one i've ever been to!! when we went in, we were asked to sit and hear a clip. the editting of the clip was really good and the voice was really attractive too!! =P

and that surgery table in the middle of the maze!! the flesh part was so freaking real!! and out of no where, a hand just flew out on the floor!! and the ghost just crawled out!! i was SO SCARED that i would accidentally step on his hand can!! =/ and i said that i was sorry!! guess what was the reply!! "it's okay, dont worry!" and he smiled!! LIKE OMG!! and the ghost even lead us the way!! 0.o where in the word can you find such friendly ghosts other than JAPAN?!


the students are really very good!! with whatever limited resources they had, i'm really impressed!!! =]
