i cant believe it is here already, like NOW!! i mean this is the circuit that i have been waiting for ALL SEASON!! practice one and two started and i was glued in front of the TV!! for once, i'm so glad dad subscribed cable thus i would not miss any of the practice session!!! =] practice one was SO SO only, cause results were like quite expected!!

but practice two was unexpected!! like OMG, alonso ended the practice session first, followed by hamilton and massa!! i really CANNOT believe it when i saw the timings!! LIKE REALLY OMG CAN!! this practice was really exciting!! and i was &(T$%E$D^$# cause kimi was like 7?!

but oh well, i guess practice three will be more exciting tomorrow!!! =P cause it had been a really long time since alonso had such fantastic qualifying results!! HAHAHAHA!!

anyway, i really hate the bumps in turn 18 that caused mark webber to smack into the water-filled barrier on the outside hard enough to inflict right-hand front suspension damage. he was the first to experience the 'danger' of the bumps during practice one!! subsequently, trulli, coulthard, sutil and piquet also became victims of the bumps!! and that was only for practice one!! -.- FIA should really do something about the bumps!! =/

at practice two, there was plenty of action/comedy also as many drivers explored the limit of grip [between tyres and the new circuit] and tried coping with the bumps[I HATE THEM]. Interesting things just happen since it's a new circuit for the drivers!! the most worthy of mention ought to be the classic moment of comedy when Massa got it wrong going into Turn 16 and headed down the escape road, where he appeared to become confused while trying to spin turn his Ferrari back on to the track. =P i was so worried for him la!! -.- to think that this is only DAY ONE!! =/

DAY TWO is so much more exciting!! every single damn moment is worth watching!! practice session three is like OMG, OMG!!

i guess the biggest HUHA in practice three ought to be with regards to fisichella!! he went/flew over the kerbs in turn 10 and hit the outside wall!! i simply hate turn 10's kerbs!! it's like no matter how also will hit de!! -.- they might as well just remove them and leave it as a smooth turn!! haish!!

and i wanted to bang the wall when i saw KIMI in practice three!!! he also hit that exact SAME KERB and lost control!! he didnt bang straight, but it ended as a retirement from that practice cause his car cant be restarted!! =[

i was quite happy that alonso came in first again this practice!! =] as long as it's not hamilton, im happy!!! =X oops...

and i have to say that qualifying today was so FREAKING OMG EXCITING!!! like the level of excitement increases with every practice and now the qualifying!!! =P

the first round of qualifying i was simply SHOCKED!! ok, pleasantly surprised when i saw KIMI and his flying lap!! OMG can!! after that mechanical failure he topped Q1 can!!!

i was irritated at the same time cause i dont see alonso topping the chart!! =/ i think he finished 6th with the timing of 1:44.971!! what happened?? in addition, fisichella was unlucky can!! he hit another barrier at turn 3!! -.- how unlucky can he get!! HAISH!!

anyway, qualifying two was exciting, but disappointing too!! alonso was 15th placing due to some technical failure!! and he didnt even manage to clock a timing!! =[ SIAN DIAO!! i can totally feel the frustration of alonso when he jumped out of the car!! it was quite heart breaking actually!! =[

hamilton, i can say is so freaking LUCKY can!! he was almost kicked out of Q2 with his 1:44.932 timing!! he must be thankful to trulli for not having a flying lap or else he would not have ended up in top 10!! =/ [but if he was out, the race will be more interesting!! =X]

quaifying three was the most intensive of all!! cause it decides the placing for the actual race on SUNDAY!! imagine three NO.1 placing records broken in 30sec!! it was that CLOSE, it was that EXCITING!!

im contented with a ONE, THREE ferrari finish for qualifying!! =]
massa is exceptionally brilliant in street circuits!! =]
kimi never crash this qualifying!! =] LOL!!
the three disappointments ought to be alonso, piquet and fisichella!! =[

the first singapore grandprix was really a roller coaster ride!! i guess no one would have expected this result yesterday!!

the WORST blow ought to be with massa!! he was leading in the i dunno how many laps, when piquet crashed and the safety car was out!! this was the start of his series of unfortunate events man!! his routine pit stop was HORRIBLE with the fuel nozzle stuck and the green light that was changed from red to indicate "GO!!" DAMN!! why must ferrari abolish the OLD LOLLIPOP SYSTEM and go all computerised!! in addition to his predicament, he was given a drive through penalty from causing danger in the pits or something!! CRAP!! the happiest man at that point just had to be HAMILTON!! ARGH!! =[

and trulli was another unlucky man!! he could have gained some points for the toyota team with his one stop strategy!! unknown to his was some i dunno what failure!! and he looked like he was going to faint any moment after he headed back to the pits!! =/

sutil crashed head on with the barricades when he tried to avoid massa, when massa lost control while turning into the area under the national day grandstand!! plain unlucky!! and the safety car was out for the second time!! =/

not all is that bad although both ferrari driver didnt make it for the points, resulting in a seven point lead by hamilton over massa in the drivers championship and mclaren a mere one point lead over ferrari in the constructors championships!! MORE IRRITATION!! the crash of piquet did lead to an advantage for alonso, when the safety car was out and the tragedy that happened in the ferrari pits!!

undeniably, alonso did prove to everyone that he was worthy to be the world champion of TWO SEASONS!! he was practically flying through the circuit!! =] moreover, the smile on his face was something that ive never seen the whole of this season!! the singapore grandprix did mark his 20th grandprix victory and his first victory of this season!! =]

i was also happy for rosberg of the williams team!! it was the best result for the team in three seasons!! and he did a really good job in keeping hamilton in 3rd!! or the driver's championship points would be pulled further apart!! =]

not forgetting the brilliant drive by vettel, glock and nakajima!! and i suppose this was nakajima's best result ever, adding on to the fact that in this race, williams is the only team whereby both of their drivers is in the top 8!! =] a great improvement by the william team i guess!!

much said, it was really an exciting race to mark the first night race in formula one history!! i still hope to be like THERE in person!! maybe next year??!! =P

and did i mention that i HATED the commentators on CH5, thus i was watching starsports the whole of the race since 630pm!! STEVE SLATOR and ALEX YOONG are just so much better!!
