To be very honest, I’ve been pretty excited about SHINee’s comeback the moment the news was released last week. However, as the individual teaser pictures were released, I was kind of confused as to what kind of concept “Sherlock” would be. I don’t really know what to expect and feel anymore.
‘Dreamy French Boy’ sounds really provocative and wrong to me in many aspects and true enough, the teaser pictures shows it all.

The most shocking teaser photo of all just had to be Taem’s one. And to think that I thought Minho's one was bad enough. Not forgetting how Key's teaser photo looks as though he's posing for a porn magazine. Jjong's one wasn't anything spectacular in my opinion. And my favourite of the lot has to be Jinki's one as I really really like that playful vibe it exudes.
The 1st group concept photo totally reminds me of Juliette days, where lots of loud colours are being used.
But for the 2nd concept photo, the boys look like Shepherds/Hippies who are gonna invade the city.
This whole Sherlock concept is pretty intriguing in many sense. And to be very honest, I'm kind of amused how Shawols relate this whole concept of Sherlock and the individual teaser pictures as "CASE OF THE MISSING CLOTHES"! It's so apt in many sense.
The medley teaser was released a few days ago and I really really love it! It sort of rekindled my SHINee feelings and reminded me that I really really miss seeing these dorky boys on stage.
And Sherlock's MV teaser was nothing but amazing. It's only a short 39 seconds but I already find myself loving it to bits. The dance choreography is also really interesting. Totally looking forward to seeing how the whole dance looks like. I'm sure Tony Testa won't disappoint us.
Can't wait for the boys' comeback stage on 22nd March! ^____^
I guess nothing can express my happiness now! After 18 months, SHINee is finally coming back with their 4th mini album, “Sherlock”, on 21st March. The best part of it all has to be the fact that I’m gonna be in Korea at the end of March which is totally coincidental and unplanned for since I booked my tickets way back in December last year. This is what I call FATE! ^____^
From Minho’s teaser, it seems to me that SHINee is going with the concept of French Boys. Hopefully this concept is really something unique yet maintains their usual contemporary music style.
And starting from today, SM will release concept photos of Onew, Taemin, Jjong and Key on their official homepage. I really can’t help but be excited to see how this Sherlock concept works out at the end of the day since Sherlock to me is all about detectives and crimes. ^____^
